Terms of service and sale

These terms apply when you use www.themrcountry.com, sign up for its emails or buy anything from it. By using the site or buying, you agree to them.

Who runs the site

The site is run and its products are sold by @the_mr_country.

Using the site

You must be 18 or older to sign up or buy. Signups are checked for bots with Cloudflare Turnstile. How your data is handled is set out in the privacy policy.

Digital products

Everything sold here is digital. That means PDF journals and an email challenge. Nothing is shipped.

What is for sale:

Scripts for What to Say is sold inside The Full Reset only. It is not available on its own.

Prices are in US dollars. The total you pay is shown at checkout before you confirm.

Delivery

After you pay, you get an email with a personal download link for each PDF in your order. Download links expire.

For the 30-Day Confidence Reset, Day 1 is sent as soon as the payment goes through. Days 2 to 30 arrive one a day at the address you used.

Download links are personal to you. If a paid download link has expired, a new one can be sent, but only to the inbox of the email address used to buy.

If nothing arrives, check your spam folder first, then email hello@themrcountry.com.

Your license

When you buy a product, you get a license to use it yourself, for personal use. You do not own the content. The same applies to the free mini journal.

You may not resell it or redistribute it. You may not share your download link or the files with anyone else, or post them online. Each person who wants a copy needs to buy one.

Payments

Payments go through Stripe Checkout. Stripe processes your card details. This site never sees or stores them. Prices are shown at checkout.

Upgrading to The Full Reset

If you bought the 30-Day Confidence Reset at $47, that whole $47 counts as credit toward The Full Reset. The upgrade costs $20.

The credit comes from a Reset purchase only. Buying a journal does not earn upgrade pricing.

The upgrade is not automatic. To arrange it, email hello@themrcountry.com from the address used to buy the Reset.

Each purchase has its own 14-day refund window, counted from the date of that purchase. Upgrading does not extend or restart the window on the Reset. Refunding the 30-Day Confidence Reset after upgrading ends access to The Full Reset.

Refunds

Every product comes with a 14-day refund, no questions asked. That includes the email challenge and the bundle, whether or not you opened the files or read the emails. Email hello@themrcountry.com from the address used at checkout within 14 days of buying, and the full price goes back to the original payment method. After a refund, access ends. The emails stop, and no new download links are sent.

No guarantee of results

The journals, the scripts and the challenge offer prompts and ideas. What you get out of them depends on you and your situation. No particular result is promised.

Not a substitute for professional help

These products are for everyday reflection and motivation. They are not medical, mental health, legal or financial advice. If you need that kind of help, talk to a qualified professional.

Limitation of liability

The site and the products are provided as they are. @the_mr_country is not responsible for decisions you make or what happens after using them. If something does go wrong, the most @the_mr_country will owe you is what you paid for the product. Some places do not allow these limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Changes to these terms

These terms may change. The date at the top shows the latest version. The terms that apply to your order are the ones in place when you bought.
